8oz (227 g) Butter (softened)
9oz (255 g) Plain Flour
2oz (57 g) Corn Flour
3oz (85 g) Icing Sugar
a bit of caster sugar

Method

Mix butter in food processor.  Then add icing sugar and mix again.
Then mix in corn flour and plain flour.
Roll into 1 ball and cut into 4.

<p>Method</p>
<ol>
<li>Cut up lamb and place in saucepan with all ingredients except oil.</li>
<li>When meat is sufficiently cooked, drain gravy from saucepan.</li>
<li>Add oil and saute (=pan fry) lamb</li>
<li>When browned, add gravy that was drained and simmer untill meat is well cooked.</li>
<li>It usually takes about an hour (maybe longer depending on the cut of the lamb) all-up. You have to taste the lamb to make sure it is soft !!</li>

method

10-15 minutes on 220 C on a greased tray in oven.
