ingredients
- 2 cups of Self Rising Flour
- 1 tablespoon castor sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
(serves 4)
method
- rub the butter into the flour
- add sugar
- mix it into a dough with milk
- roll dough 4 cm thick, cut out scones square or round about
- 10-15 minutes on 220 C on a greased tray in oven.
