  • 8oz (227 g) Butter (softened)
  • 9oz (255 g) Plain Flour
  • 2oz (57 g) Corn Flour
  • 3oz (85 g) Icing Sugar
  • a bit of caster sugar

Method

  1. Mix butter in food processor.  Then add icing sugar and mix again.
  2. Then mix in corn flour and plain flour.
  3. Roll into 1 ball and cut into 4.
  4. Pat each one out and refrigerate for and least an hour.
  5. Then cook at 300F (=150 C) for 30 mins and cut each into 8 or 10 slices
  6. after about 10 minutes sprinkle the top with caster sugar.
