day number 17
push-ups done the right wayat the end of last year i heard about this interesting 'fitness regime' if you can call it that. it's very simple and that's its strength. on the first day of the year you do one push-up and one sit-up. on the 2nd, 2 push-ups and 2 sit-ups, etc.. so at the end of the year you will be able to do 365 push-ups and 365 sit-ups.

now it's easy the first month because, well to be honest, you are not doing much, and because the date is the number of push-ups you will have to do.. but after that i'll have to keep track..

ok, i'm too lazy to keep track of the number of days since the beginning of the year, so here's the programmers solution:

nerdy stuff
if you see this then it means i have moved my website over to a different provider. freeservers.com was getting a bit too expensive and didn't rate up to the new one. plenty of webspace for the next few years now :)

dave winer
Dave Winers interview with Doug Kaye is online and it is a really interesting listen. This guy is responsible for a number of standards such as XML-RPC, RSS and the technology behind podcasting, and it sounds like he has still a lot more ideas to come. I have started to listen to his 'morning coffee notes' he just makes sense, makes you think and inspires.
